Saturday Oct 16, 2021
My guest is Jeff Copper. He is an attention coach and expert on attention issues, more commonly referred to as Attention Deficit Disorder or ADD/ADHD. As founder of DIG Coaching Practice and the host and founder of Attention Talk Radio and Attention Talk Video, Jeff coaches individuals and entrepreneurs with ADD/ADHD symptoms who are seeking to improve their personal and business results.
He was diagnosis with dyslexia and has a learning disability and experienced his own struggles. This made him want to help others with attention issues, ADD/ADHD, dyslexia and learning disabilities. His goal is to help them manage and work through those struggles and at the same time understand their brain.
I wanted Jeff to come on and talk about working memory and how it is affected by ADHD. I heard him talk about this topic in a few of his videos and at the TEFOS conference. This is an important topic to discuss because so many people are struggling with their working memory and want to know how to make it better.
