HOW CAN SOMEONE HANDLE COMORBIDITIES ALONG WITH ADHD?: Natasha Hickling is the founder of Indigo Hub. She is a mom of fur babies, an ADHD life coach, and she was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 27 with the combined type. She used to be a teacher and she also used to be a Special Education Needs Coordinator.
She shares her ADHD story and why she decided to get her assessment at 27 years old. She also talks about her comorbidities and how they were affected because of ADHD. Her comorbidities included dyslexia and dyspraxia which we talked in the previous video at a high-level. This is a great story.

Patty DeDurr is a physical therapist’s assistance. She is also an advocate and a new author. She has been diagnosed with ADHD about 20 years ago. She talks about dyslexia, dysgraphia, dysnomia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia.
She talks about what are the differences are and from a high level what can people do to help with these different diagnoses.

Josiah's ADHD Story
Today, my guest is Josiah Sanchez. He is an emotional intelligence coach. He was diagnosed with ADHD in 3rd grade. He struggled with it when he was younger. He was separated and put into a different school. He also took medicine when he was younger but due to what he took it didn’t work well for him.
As he got older, he understood that he needed to be more connected with how he was feeling and manage that piece. He also got into fitness right after high school to help him drain a lot of his excited energy. Learn more about his story and other tips and tools that helped him through his ADHD journey.
